📦 Stage 1 — Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your items. This includes order verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging.

Please note: During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every item meets our quality standards.

✈️ Stage 2 — Shipping Transit Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, the shipping transit time depends on your destination:

🛡️ Shipping Protection

All orders are shipped with standard insurance coverage. If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please report the issue within 14 days of the expected delivery date. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, issue a refund, or provide an alternative solution.

📍 Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 days after dispatch for tracking information to become active and display accurate updates. For the most reliable tracking results, we recommend using 17track.com.

Some items may ship from different warehouse locations and could arrive separately.

✏️ Order Modifications

Need to update your order? Please contact us at support@clearuora.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, modifications are no longer possible.
